Conversion of warehouse to commercial kitchen for Nomad, London

From their Parisian origins Nomad have become a renowned made to measure caterer for the events industry with an enviable client portfolio including some of the worlds best known and prestigious brands they required a new London production kitchen facility.

The brief was to turn a 5900 sq m warehouse into a state of the art production kitchen incorporating main kitchen, temperature controlled pastry room, chilled & frozen goods in/out area, chefs office as well as deliver a fresh refurbished office and client production area with mezzanine area. We headed up the entire project dealing with all required building, electrical and plumbing work form running new gas lines to channeling floor gullies.
